When Elise starts to fall for Vincente's charms and opens up to him, his conscience is at war with his need for revenge.The author did a good job at creating the relationship and the hidden secrets that would when revealed blow their relationship apart, and I was hooked to the pages to see if they would eventually find their way through the pain of the past and into a future where only their love would matter.
