Holy fucking shit I could have never seen the reveal at the end coming and yet there were SO many hints!!! I figured what the Lord Ruler wearing metal meant pretty fast, but the rest??? insane. insane novel
4.5 rounded upAfter many years, my mind is unchanged, Brandon Sanderson is a true master in his genre. His ability to built such an epic world with so many different rules is mind-blowing. What is surprising is that with how elaborate the world in Mistborn is, his style of writing is intelligible even for a reader unfamiliar with epic fantasy. At first I had a problem with how anticlimactic one part of the story was but after some time to think I really do believe it was necessary. It shows that not everything ends with a boom even if the build up suggests otherwise. It added the element of surprise, definitely. I'm really glad I finally got my hands on the whole trilogy and am able to familiarise myself with the whole story.
as always, Brandon is doing God's joba great start for this saga and great introduction for the cosmereI don't know what I was doing before reading anything from this man, probably wasting my time
Es la primera vez que leo algo de este autor, y realmente debo decir que desarrolla muy profundamente a sus personajes. Te invita a participar en un mundo completamente nuevo, con sus leyes y sus normas, y donde conócelos más la extraña habilidad de la alomancia.Mi único inconveniente es que la trama tiene un desarrollo lento que me ha costado seguir en varias ocasiones.
