Dillon is technically a hitman. If somebody has an enemy they want killed, he is the man they go to see. Unlike any other hitman, however, Dillon can make a bizarre claim: he’s never killed anyone before.

Using a machine that allows him to travel through time, he has found a genius way to eliminate targets without laying a finger on them.
