On a lonely street a girl is murdered in front of a church. No one comes forward, and even if there are any witnesses they won’t talk to the police, not in this cesspool of a city. But one man did see what happened. A man who cared for her and was willing to risk everything for her. To give up all he has known. Perhaps, his very soul.
