The second part of Nat’s story, and I feel it wraps up well. She slowly finds her bearings throughout this book, learning to stand up for herself and know what she wants. The guys help her in any way they can, which in turn forces her to realize that it’s okay for someone to do something for her, she can come first, she should come first, rather than always putting herself second (or last) on the priority list.Paul does everything he can to drag her down, terrorizing her, her men, her friends, and ultimately the town. It’s not the easiest situation for her to deal with, while also trying to get to know the guys and build up to accepting the bond between all of them.I think some things could have been explained better to her leading up to the bonding and mating and what happens after, but she takes it all in stride.One thing, one of the guys moms mentioned that she was also a Grainger and a distant cousin to Nat’s father… I felt that wasn’t a necessary to the plot at all. It didn’t really get expanded on, either.
