4.75. It's no surprise that I loved another Catherine Cowles book. At this point, I don't think she can write a bad book or one that I won't enjoy. I loved Arden and Linc! The chemistry between them was my favorite. Linc was down bad for Arden from the moment he saw her and she had a knife on him. Arden has to be one of my favorite FMCs. She is such a badass. I liked that Linc helped Arden with her fears and struggles from her past. I absolutely loved Arden and Linc together. Damn, Lincoln Pierce has one dirty mouth. I always love seeing the rest of the Colson family, and their sibling group texts. The moment Arden and Nora had together made me tear up a bit. Again I had no clue who the bad guy was, and I was totally shocked. I couldn't stop smiling while reading the epilogue. I'm VERY excited for Trace's book to come out next. I'm very intrigued to see what his story is.
