Beetle Bedlam

First time in paperback! Poor bark beetle! The other insects have put him on trial, accusing him of killing trees. Now they've all assembled to hear what the witnesses-the beautiful and vain harlequin beetle from South America, the hungry tiger beetle from China, the frightening but harmless Hercules beetle from Central America, and others-have to say. After listening to all the evidence, including bark beetle's defense, will they be able to find out what really happened? Beetle Bedlam is an endearing and hilarious introduction to the fascinating world of the beetle. The charming story is complemented by gorgeously lush illustrations.
