Billy Coatbutton and the Ring of Sockchild

It has been a month since Billy passed his Test of Mastery and saved the life of the human boy Fredrick. Though Billy was seen by Fredrick and broke the single most important rule of the Sock Gnomes, it was determined that he did not intend to be seen.
Billy has fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a treasure hunter like his father. He has gone on many missions since passing his test, and has been successful in every one. Though his missions have been small so far, he will soon be given a very important mission by none other than Mavis Sockefeller himself.
During his dangerous quest Billy must overcome the many dangers of the wild outdoors, and a conspiracy of corruption that threatens the safety of the entire clan.
