Made it to fifty percent. Could not go any further. I wanted to like this book. I struggled with the first book due to the lack of emotions between the characters as well as the complex pronunciation of the characters' name. However, I chose to continue the series as I found the world the author created intriguing and wanted to learn more.Unfortunately, I could not get into Evesse and Zeniel's story. I held hoping it would get better, but I gave up at the fifty percent mark. The story bored me. I waited patiently for exciting events to occur. but eventually I ran out of patience.
