Whether its cleaning a river, or helping a school or city park. Get the project done but remember to consult all departments, agencies and professionals for all legal and non-legal means. Its best to go to the city planning department or city council in the area you wish to work and ask for all licensing, persons to speak with. Be sure to speak with all business owners, residents and try to get their support. Remember you may not get the project due to funding, or other reasons. The best projects and project managers use everyone they know. Start off small then go big once you learn what the area you want to work in is like and how to get things done effectively. Paint a house in the area you want to do a renewal project in after all licensing and things for that project is done you will know how to handle the bigger projects ahead. Get to know everyone. Then go tackle the large project. Get everyone involved to help and more. And remember to keep everything as small as possible. Cleanup the river. Go paint this. Go fix that. Make sure to get all necessary licenses, professionals involved first :). Have a great time with your future projects.
