Dead Man`s Justice

The small normally pleasant town of Shipton-On-Cliff follows the national trend when its local police station is closed. As a result no uniformed officers perform regular patrols, police public contact is lost. The area becomes plagued with crime and the situation is aggravated over a period of weeks with an influx of gangsters posing as businessmen. Serious organised crimes are committed. Things come to a head when the local church is raided during which, the Vicar is viciously attacked and mutilated. The crime situation deteriorates resulting in what the police consider to be revenge attacks upon the criminals, they investigate with little success eventually there are dramatic and unexpected consequences.
