Randy Cline is an obsessive Luddite who may have just gone too far. His penchant for ramming cars driven by cell phone users has run him afoul of both a local drug dealer and a high profile developer on the Olympic Peninsula. When Lance Hemingway’s exclusive golf resort is threatened by Randy’s low budget revenge attempt, a plot is hatched to do away with Randy and his college buddy Bruce. A local girl gang is put on the job and 'The Cranky Girls' must put Randy’s crew out of commission before they ruin the Eaglewood Golf Resort. Randy’s colorful crew of affordable housing developers are in for a harrowing ride.
