This highly motivational video and textbook program provides training in basic communication tasks encountered by entry-level workers. Each of the ten video segments and corresponding text chapters explores well-researched, authentic problems derived from actual workplace situations and incidents. The program features five main characters, who represent the cultural and ethnic diversity of the American workforce, and five typical workplace hotels/motels, hospitals, nursing homes, convenience stores, and maintenance sites.Each lesson
