FACES: Fun Activities to Engage, Connect & Socially Succeed

FACES brings occupational therapists, teachers and parents a series of twelve lively lessons that truly compel young and socially challenged children to understand feelings and translate them into words, images and facial expressions. The first 11 lessons are fun and can be easily achieved with common items and techniques. Each lesson can stand alone, but their payoff is much greater when used in sequence to prepare students for the twelfth lesson – an engaging, highly visual computer game that tests and enhances the students’ ability to answer and understand the question “What’s My Mood?” The fast moving game records accuracy and time for an unlimited amount of students (per use).
