⚠️ DO NOT READ MY REVIEW YOU HAVE NOT READ THIS BOOK YET OR IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY READING IT! ⚠️3.5 ⭐️personally, I think this book is a little more rushed than B&B and L&L. like, first of all, the story, up to about halfway of the book, was cute and fun. but after they started the whole fwb thing, it felt rushed, and it's definitely not my favourite book in the trilogy. I mean, there are some cute parts that I like, like the letters he gives her when he's overseas, and the way he looked after her.and what was up with the epilogues? it made no sense at all. like, who was talking in the first pov when all the other characters are talking in their 3rd person pov? it was really confused. another thing I didn't get was how is that we didn't really get a depth of how the MMC and the MFC, ESPECIALLY the MMC, get past their problems and out of nowhere, they confessed their love to the MFC.
-> 3.5 stars Honestly L&L was a 3.5 after B&B 4.5 and I had high hopes for this. In same ways it was better than L&L, I preferred the characters, their personalities and backgrounds. The banter was cute and I liked how long it specifically took them to say I love you.In other ways it was worse, the plot felt low stakes and was resolved easily. The 3rd act breakup was not satisfying.My biggest issue is throughout this series, it felt like the author thought she needed more insta lust and smut scenes. They felt great at the timing for B&B and by this book it was like they were trying to carry the book. Wasn't a fan tbh.-> 3.5 stars
Fionn y Rose han sido mi pareja favorita de la trilogíaaa. Me encantó la forma en que se fueron enamorando, y Rose es, sin duda, mi personaje favorito de toda la trilogía, amo su personalidad. Fue un libro muy fácil de leer y me gustó muchísimo.
It was a pretty good book, i just think that it was overhyped. Now this is just my opinion on the book. The first 2 books were d best though.
This book made me feel all the feelings from disgusted to charmed to crying to laughing. I will miss the Kane brothers and all the crazy shit them and their women get up to. Ultimately I await what Brynne Weaver does next.
I really enjoyed this. Rose was so funny and sarcastic. Fionn is that silent type that is so sexy in a brooding, hot way. As its been 6 months since I read B&B and L&L it took a bit to get back into the over arching plot of the trilogy but I loved the plot for Fionn and Rose they go so well together and I'm glad it ended how it did.

While I have read the other two books in this series three times now, this is only my second time reading this one.While I do love Fionn and Rose, my first time reading this, I felt like it had gone so much slower and I don't know if it was because it felt more chill than the other two until Rose's consequences catch up.Reading this again, it only made me remember why I hate Leander. He's ... funny in L&L, especially with Lark constantly drugging him. But in this one, I absolutely hated him. The way he manipulates Fionn just feels so gross. But I can respect that he allows Fionn to skip the original flight all to make sure Lark is okay.

I laughed, cried, kicked my feet giggling. Absolutely loved it! My Thoughts Fionn and Rose's RelationshipThese two are honestly the sweetest couple. •They have deep conversations. •They write letters to each other every day to communicate their emotions and work on healing the trauma they have. •They "see" each other. • Their banter with each other had me kicking my feet. •He goes away for 7 months just to protect her secret, and he also drives 13 hours just to see her perform at the circus (not even saying hello)•He even got a tattoo of her heartbeat on him.... like, come on!!! FionnFionn is my favourite Kane brother. He's sweet, protective, smart, funny, loves to crochet. He does everything for Rose, even tapping into the darkness he's afraid of in order to protect her. "Do you really think I would ever, ever let you threaten her and walk away? Do you seriously think you could hurt her, and I would just let you live? You don't deserve mercy. When have you ever given that to anyone else? So the only thing I'll give you is suffering."The majority of the time, he's this sweet, innocent doctor, but damn, does this man have a mouth on him. I found Fionn to be the most interesting because he thought he had to fit himself into this "box" to fit the image he thought others wanted him to be. "Maybe I was never deserving of all the things I thought I wanted." Rose Rose is also my favourite of the girls. I like that she tries to protect other women even though it makes her physically sick. She holds so much of other people's hurt and pain on her own. The relationship between all of the girls was refreshing—women who support each other and have a quirky dynamic. Rose is just so effing cool. I was looking forward to this one after reading the first two books and I am so glad it didn't let me down. Quirky murdery sexy as expected.
Brynne Weaver has to be my top favorite author so far. The ruinous love trilogy is just soooo good!!! Every single book was amazing! I love Rose and Fionn’s story. From other trilogy’s I’ve read the last book seems a little flat but not Scythe and Sparrow!! I will be tandem reading the trilogy soon. I cannot wait for Brynne’s next book! I don’t wanna give away any spoilers so if you are thinking about reading it, it’s totally worth it if you enjoyed the first 2 you’ll enjoy this one!

Nonetheless, The book offers a heartfelt romance and strong character development, making it a worthwhile read for fans of the genre.This trilogy ends on a high note and exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would.
I absolutely devoured this book and it wrapped up the trilogy so nicely- DON’T FORGET TO READ THE EPILOGUE! I loved the first book, but I feel there were more emotions inside the pages of the third, with the timeline starting all the way back at the first book and weaving its story from remnants of the second.
