I liked this one more than book 1! This one seemed more realistic. Good read/listen!
Pinche libro hermosoooo... la verdad creo que es una de las pocas veces que un libro se parece a su adaptación a la pantalla, me encanto la dinámica de los dos, son iguales de competitivos y me gustó mucho. Es realmente lindo ver una representación tan buena ya que la sexualidad de una persona nunca va a ser impedimento para la habilidad de esta.
Heated Rivalry was a fast, addictive read with great chemistry and an intense rivals to lovers dynamic. I flew through it in no time, and the tension between Shane and Ilya definitely kept me turning the pages. That said, while it was entertaining, it didn’t fully hit me emotionally the way I expected. The repetition and long term secrecy made parts of the story feel a bit flat for me. Overall, it’s a fun and engaging hockey romance, but not a standout favorite.
