There are some broad categories from which most good leaders will draw. Ideally, these categories should be viewed as pieces in a "leadership jigsaw." Although no one piece makes for effective leadership by itself, each piece does work in combination with the others to reveal a fully integrated model. With over 20 assessments in the series, you'll be able to present clients with a great solution for almost any training need. Each Learning Profile takes about 20 minutes to complete, and includes both general interpretation information, and developmental feedback. Each Facilitator's Guide includes an entire 1 to 2 hour feedback workshop session, extensive coaching tips, and action plan templates.
