Lion's Seed

‘The Lion’s Seed’ is the story of an ancient race, it picks up the legend in the 10th Century with a kingly family determined to strive for peace. There is a child (and true to the ancient matrilineal descent she is a girl), one, which alone can aid in the struggle for peace. Linnea, born to the Pictii king is of both Scotii and Pictii heritage, from her womb alone must spring the ruler for both these peoples. A son from her would unite both nations and the many wars between the two would cease.
