Madeline's Christmas

"Jingle Bells" and Christmas carols might be filling the air elsewhere, but this season at Madeline's house, sneezes and coughs are much more common. To warm her sick housemates, our young heroine buys the entire stock of a door-to-door rug salesman. Unfortunately, that leaves the poor merchant very chilly, and so Madeline takes him in.
