Magic Food for Me

Magic Food for Me teaches children to associate fresh, alive, vibrant fruits and vegetables with happiness, vitality and good behavior. Children who develop good eating habits at an early age are much better equipped to make the right food choices later. Sara, the main character, enjoys her garden, a trip to the outdoor market, prepping food in the kitchen with mom and the magical experiences she has when she consumes fresh, alive fruits and vegetables. Sara's friends watch as she lights up when she eats these foods and Sara is very excited to share this magic with her friends.Enjoy this book today with the children you love and observe how they will begin to notice and prefer the ‘magic foods’ (fresh fruits and vegetables) in their world.
