Of Mist & Clouds was machine-set in Baskerville 12Pt. Then Hand-Printed by Michael Caine for the Noble Rider in Paris.
The Printing was completed at the Atelier de la Cerisaie on December 12, 1992. 115 Copies were printed - to wit: 16 signed copies on Bunko Shi Japon, numbered I to XVI, with an original photograph by the authour, plus 99 copies on Ingres MBM Arches Verge, Numbered 1 to 99. An additional 15 copies were printed Hors Commerce, numbered HC1 to HC15.
