In the wake of a devastating and enigmatic illness that has ravaged the UK, society finds itself teetering on the brink of collapse. Amidst the chaos, communities struggle to rebuild while grappling with the harsh realities of loss and survival. The remnants of a once-thriving civilization become a battleground for power, fear, and desperation as individuals navigate a world that has drastically shifted beneath their feet.

The aftermath reveals deep fractures within society, as groups form to either uphold order or challenge the status quo. Loyalties are tested, and moral lines blur, leading to a conflict that is not just about survival, but about the very essence of humanity. Characters are forced to confront their beliefs and the lengths they would go to in order to protect their loved ones and reclaim their lives.

Against this backdrop, personal journeys intertwine as they seek justice, freedom, and a sense of purpose in a world that seems to have lost its direction.
