An instant New York Times bestseller! Juliette and Warner’s story continues in the electrifying fourth installment of Tahereh Mafi’s bestselling Shatter Me series. The girl with the power to kill with a single touch now has the world in the palm of her hand. Juliette Ferrars thought she’d won. She took over Sector 45, was named the new Supreme Commander of North America, and now has Warner by her side. But when tragedy strikes, she must confront the darkness that dwells both around and inside her. Who will she become in the face of adversity? Will she be able to control the power she wields, and use it for good? “Will have fans groaning aloud for the next installment.”—Booklist

The emotional roller coaster ride this book took me on, I did not see coming - no matter how hard, I thought I knew what was about to happen - it completely spun me around and twisted everything I thought I knew, into some sort of emotional discombobulated mind-blown explosion. Amazing.

Good book but starts off kind of boring. Still good though. THE ENDING WAS NOT NEEDED TAHEREH!! I loved this series and enjoyed the details of the sets and experience they had instead of just focusing on the main romance in the books.

¿Cómo la autora va a pasar de escribir el mejor libro de la saga a esto?

Going into Restore Me, I honestly struggled at first. Ignite Me felt like such a strong and complete ending to the series that this book took a moment to click for me. It really does feel like the start of a new phase rather than a direct continuation. Once I accepted that, the story became more and more engaging and I started to understand where the series was heading.Juliette is such a well-written character. Her growth across the books is impressive, and in this installment you really see how much she has accepted both her powers and herself. She is no longer afraid of what she is capable of. As a leader, she feels believable, especially because we see her doubts from her POV while she still presents strength to the people around her. She is layered, emotional, and incredibly strong.Warner takes a bit more of a background role in this book, but his internal conflict is very clear. With his father gone and the revelation of having brothers he never knew about, he is struggling to find his place. What stood out to me most was how much his secrecy affects his relationship with Juliette. His fear of losing her leads him to hide things, which only creates more distance between them. Their relationship becomes more strained and complicated, and you really feel that tension building throughout the book.Juliette and Warner’s relationship is tested heavily here. Juliette clearly loves him, but when the truth finally comes out near the end, she chooses herself. That moment felt powerful and well-earned.Adam barely appears in this book, but I actually gained more respect for him. He has lost his father too, and for much longer than Warner. Knowing that he was carrying information on his own adds a lot of complexity to his character. I appreciated seeing him open up to the idea of a relationship with Warner, which felt like real growth. The expansion of the world was absolutely necessary. Staying in one location would have made the story feel stagnant. The added politics, secrets, and chaos make the story feel much bigger and more intense. Yes, it adds confusion at times, but in a way that works for the story. The pacing is slow, very slow. But it feels intentional. The entire book is clearly building toward something massive, and the ending proves that the wait is worth it. The final chapters gave me literal chills. While the plot twists were not surprising to me personally, I can easily see how they would be for other readers. This book feels like a long setup, but once the setup is complete, the payoff is huge.Overall, Restore Me feels like a necessary transition. It takes time to get into, but once it does, it delivers tension, growth, and an incredibly strong ending. Seeing Juliette finally fully embrace her power was so satisfying, and I cannot wait to see where the story goes next.

It was okay until everything came crashing down, which had me hooked. I loved Nazeera, hated Lena, loved Kenji, loved Warner as per usual and Juliette I had mixed feelings about. Nonetheless, the ending was so delicious. The cliffhanger absolutely killed me and left me absolutely bewildered. I can't believe that Juliette and Warner knew each other before all of this. Again, prose was good. Pacing was a tiny bit fast. Juliette spiralling again was so confusing because Warner JUST found out? WHY are you getting mad at HIM? And mad enough that you ran out onto a bus and totally destroyed it? And the random new characters confused me. My favourite part of this book was WARNER - WE FINALLY GOT HIS POV. For some reason, I loved seeing Warner have a panic attack - it made him feel real and vulnerable. The angst was needed (at some point) but it felt like Juliette was making a big deal out of nothing. Sorry...
