Salticus: 2024 A.D.

Tammi Clarke is a psych major struggling to make grades, but after she is approached by a haggard woman who is desperate to help her daughter, Tammi views the opportunity as real-world experience that could pad her resume when the time comes. Tammi is introduced to Alanis Corlee, a girl that hasn’t spoken since witnessing the death of her father, and who refuses to leave the sanctity of her tiny bedroom. But through patience and persistence, Tammi is able to convince the girl to open up. Through the girl’s ramblings, Tammi learns of a terrible plot carried out by Alanis’ mother to hide her daughter’s existence, but while Tammi works to expose the conspiracy, she discovers that no one is innocent, and not all angels are divine.
