It is 1947 and President Truman is trying to get re-elected with the help of Standard Oil who are demanding a deal with Chiang Kai Shek for the China Nut which is used to refine low grade crude oil. Truman is also trying to disband the U.S. Marine Corps by convincing Congress that with the A-Bomb they are no longer needed, both of these aspects of this insane story are factual. All goes well until an A-Bomb goes missing and is found and turned into jewelry by Former Cpl. Welcome George Many Numbers who was given a Section 8 discharge by the Marine Corps because he has seen too much combat and is temporarily insane, but Section 8 is only a temporary state, not like Canada or Kentucky.
