Take a trip back in time, to 1916. It is the early days of radio -- Wireless at that time. The Electro-Importing Company, formed and operated by Hugo Gernsback was the major provider of parts, kits, and all the stuff that "wireless" transmitters and receivers were made of.
As you turn the pages of this catalog you will expedience the devices, parts, gizmos, that the early experimenters used to build their devices that pulled messages, music, out of the air.
You will find Crystal Detectors, The Electro Government Phones, the Gernsback Rotary Variable Condenser, The Electro tuner, the Elecdtro Commercial Oscillation Transformer, the Gernsback Electrolytic Interrupter, Antenium Aerial Wires, Wireless Receiving Outfits, Wireless Sending Outfits, the Transcontinental Wireless Receiving Outfit, and even an article on How to Photograph Electrical Discharges. This is the place where it all began, and this reproduction of the hottest catalog of its time will give you an insight into the then upstart world of wireless communications.
