The Dalemark Quartet (Vol. 1): Cart and Cwidder & Drowned Ammet

In a land torn apart by the relentless strife of war, two compelling tales interweave the fates of their characters against the backdrop of a divided Dalemark. Tension pervades as the North and South earldoms engage in a historic rivalry, shaping the lives of those caught in the crossfire. The first story introduces a cart-and-cwidder musician with a penchant for melodies that possess an otherworldly quality, heralding a journey filled with unexpected twists. This mundane existence transforms when loyalty and heroism are tested in the face of adversity.

Meanwhile, the narrative takes a darker turn in the tale of Drowned Ammet, where the very essence of power and mortality is explored. A young girl seeks to reclaim her family's honor amidst treachery and the haunting specter of the past. As these lives collide and intertwine, readers are drawn into a richly imagined world, vibrant with magic, intrigue, and the undying struggle for peace amid chaos.
