The Haunted Mill

This is book 21 in the Lin Coffin paranormal cozy mystery series by USA TODAY Bestselling Author J.A. Whiting.

Lin Coffin has been able to see ghosts since she was a little girl and living on the island of Nantucket provides plenty of opportunities to interact with spirits.
It is summer on the island and Lin has been asked to do some natural landscaping around the Old Mill, built in 1746, and thought to be the oldest operating windmill in the United States. When a member of the Nantucket Historical Association invites her inside, Lin sees a new ghost.
Who is he and why does he want Lin’s help?

Not only do Lin and her friends have a new ghost mystery to solve, but there’s a new bookshop in town rivaling Lin’s cousin Viv’s established book store-café. The owner of the new shop begins to act oddly and Lin and Viv become concerned.

Will Lin and Viv, along with their family and friends, be able to unravel what’s going on before something terrible happens?

This story has some mild paranormal elements.
