The Pecos Kid

DANGER ON THE DRIVE Former Confederate officer Bill Warren, better known as the Pecos Kid, has been one of Western fiction's most beloved characters since Dan Cushman created him in 1950. Collected in this volume are two of his greatest adventures. In "Riders of the Gunsmoke Rim," the Kid and his two saddle partners head into Yellowstone country with a Wyoming stocker herd of four hundred head of cattle—only to find themselves in the middle of a land war. "The Deadwood Drive" is a memorable tale of a cattle drive from the Black Hills down to Deadwood, fraught with danger every step of the way. Wherever the Pecos Kid goes, excitement is sure to follow!
