As a high-powered attorney, Sarah boasts a career that commands respect and admiration. However, it is her personal life that takes center stage as the realities of a loveless marriage begin to unravel. The walls she has built around herself start to crumble with each passing day, giving way to a desire for independence and self-discovery. Her journey is one of empowerment, challenging the traditional notion of ‘happily ever after’ to explore what it truly means to forge one's own path.
Through moments of introspection and confrontational revelations, Sarah engages with the people around her—friends, family, and even her estranged partner. Each encounter forces her to confront her own choices, motivations, and the changing dynamics of relationships. The story reflects the struggle between societal expectations and personal happiness, capturing the emotional turmoil of learning to prioritize oneself.
As Sarah navigates the turbulent waters of divorce, she learns that sometimes letting go is the most liberating decision one can make. The narrative artfully intertwines themes of resilience, identity, and the courage it takes to embrace a new beginning. With each turn of the page, readers will find themselves immersed in the trials and triumphs of a woman reclaiming her life, making choices that resonate long after the last chapter is read.

The Perfect Divorce was still fast-paced and easy to read, but it didn’t hit as hard as I hoped. While the twists were entertaining, I was honestly kind of sad—and frustrated—that Sarah managed to get away with everything again. Instead of feeling shocked or satisfied by the ending, it felt repetitive and less impactful this time around. I still enjoyed the ride, but the lack of real consequences made this one drop in stars.
