The Red Rag Vol 1 No 1 October 1916 The Journal of the 2nd Eastern General Hospital Royal Army Medical Corps

The 1916 Journal of the Second Eastern General Hospital, one of the Royal Army Medical Corp (RAMC) hospitals established during the First World War, and located at the Grammar School, Dyke Road, Brighton. This magazine is reproduced in PDF format and consists of 25 pages. The intention is to make available in a functional format a magazine which is very hard to source in libraries. There are many advertisements, most relating to Brighton, as well as a series of short articles and poems relating to life at the hospital, a cartoon and a (small) photo of the hospital's building.
