The Rookie Manager

Things can be hectic for a new manager getting adjusted to a new and demanding position. The Rookie Manager is a quick starter guide for new managers. It contains simple, streamlined, and practical information which is immediately useable for new managers to get organized, familiar with new staff, and acclimated to the basics of the management role. Each topic is something that a new manager will deal with in some form or another minus some of the fluff I found in other books. As a bonus, a full example of an initial 90 Day Plan as well as a Manager's Employee Expectations document is included in the Printables section. These example documents are the same documents I created and used in my manager role minus a few specific details for business confidentiality.
