The World Jumpers

Simon Etheridge can travel between worlds. He has had this ability since he was 17 years old. The authorities hunt down and kill anyone who can switch between worlds and Simon is lucky to still be alive.

Simon is dangerous. In the last year he has killed four of the shape-shifting aliens. He has done this because he can. One of the aliens hunting Simon is called Lord Huron. One of Lord Huron's pastimes is hunting humans on his estates in Canada. If he can Lord Huron intends to add Simon to one of his hunts. Julia is Simon's protector. Although Julia looks human she has more than human powers. A long time ago Julia killed one of Lord Huron's sons just after he and a group of aliens had executed a human who could shift between worlds. Lord Huron sees a picture of Julia, realizes that she was involved in the death of his son and vows to hunt Simon and Julia through all the known worlds. To help him he employs Dream Catchers who are a life form from the dawn of the Universe. Once a Dream Catcher latches onto you it will kill you in your sleep. Simon's only chance is to get to the Dream Catchers before they get to him. But nobody has ever jumped to the world of the Dream Catchers because it exists right at the edge of reality in the Zone of Instability. Will Simon get to the Dream Catchers before they reach him and can he rescue Julia from the clutches of Lord Huron who intends to sacrifice her to alien Gods. Read on and find out.
