I tried to give this book a chance but it was so boring. There is a lot of unnecessary descriptions that I can do without. And the language is... Difficult, it is so old I can't enjoy the story with this kind of language. I stopped at chapter 7 skimmed through the other chapters and there was a lot of rambling about places and sceneries...etc so I had to stop here. Maybe it is good for academic reading but not for fun.
