Wilmarth Sheldon Lewis (1895-1979) was an American author, editor and collector. Born in Alameda, California, he graduated from Yale College in 1918. He is best known as a collector of the writings of Horace Walpole, the 18th century English writer. His works Tutors' Lane (1922), Three Tours Through London in the Years 1748, 1776, 1797 (1941), The Yale Collections (with Paul Padgette) (1946), Collector's Progress (1951), Horace Walpole (1961) and One Man's Education (1967).
