Uncle

Christian is lost in a strange, new place, and he doesn't know how he got there. He is searching for something that might not family, love, purpose. His mind doesn't know which memories are true, and the alcohol and drugs don't seem to help much, but he doesn't know if that even matters. He travels, meets new people, falls in love, goes through terrible and nightmarish experiences, and finds different sorts of confusing and contradicting answers, in this surreal, new world where people can fly and live underwater. Is Christian really Uncle, or is Uncle really Christian? Does it even matter? A place where darkness and shadows rule, it seems that no one really knows where one is going or why, but everyone knows they are on some kind of journey--of the mind; of the physical; of both concurrently.
