🍳4.3 stars👠(❤️Buddy read with @Rose)10 times better than The Housemaid. Book so good I binge read it in under 24h. I couldn't tell you why it isn't a 5 star though. It just missed that feeling.🫰THE TWISTS?? Literally unpredictable. From Ch20 it started to twist and every 10 chaps or so we got a new one. That ending too?? Like what??👍Really liked that we recognised it was not fully Addie's fault for what she did. Good representation of the issue.👌Felt a bit formulaic; read like the Housemaid. But it's not fair for me to rate it based off what I've previously read. Plus, Freida McFadden spits out amazing thrillers all the time so I can't really be complaining.
Scene: Discussing something so uncomfortable yet I couldn't stop reading, it was so well written. ****
Characters: Yes, you go girl! *****
Story: Being gaslit by Freida McFadden might be my new favourite pass time. This was WILD. *****
Recommend?: Yes, Freida all day!
This was one of the most "WHAT THE FUCK" 'normal person' book I've ever read. It took me a while to read. Even contemplated not finishing when I was at like 82% but was like "I have to find out what happens" 10/1o highly reccomend if you want your mind fucked.

Eu simplesmente amei.
Rating: 4/5 Stars"The Teacher" by Freida McFadden is a book that dives into challenging subjects with depth and sensitivity. While it may take a bit of time to fully sink into the narrative, once you're hooked, it's a rollercoaster ride of emotions and revelations.McFadden's storytelling prowess shines through as she navigates through difficult themes such as cheating and underage grooming. Despite the heaviness of these topics, she manages to handle them with care, prompting readers to confront uncomfortable truths while simultaneously keeping them engaged with the story. What sets "The Teacher" apart is its ability to provoke thought and reflection. It's not just a story; it's a mirror that forces readers to examine their own beliefs and moral compass. As the narrative unfolds, it challenges preconceived notions and leaves a lasting impact long after the final page is turned. The epilogue serves as a powerful conclusion to an already compelling narrative, leaving readers stunned and eager for more. It adds an extra layer of intrigue to the story, ensuring that it lingers in the minds of readers even after they've finished the book.Overall, "The Teacher" is a captivating read that doesn't shy away from tackling tough subjects. It's a book that demands to be read with an open mind and heart, and rewards readers with a thought-provoking experience that they won't soon forget.
damnn, i kinda was expecting more but thhis was pretty good as well.
I dont love everything about it but was entertained as hell. Shocked at one of the twists here
Hey, so this was insane???? The plot gave me such an ick but it's Freida McFadden so I couldn't stop reading. But that ending tho??? That's where at least 2 of my stars come from. And where one was removed because as usual, I don't get my beloved closure. HOW CAN YOU END LIKE THATTTTTT????
First Freida McFadden book of this year, and again, rarely deceived. Plot twists after plot twists until the end. Fast-paced and satisfying.
Wtf was this book. I really couldn't read the parts about her affair with her teacher it was so cringe. And the ending I'm sorry but it doesn't make sense at all.
This was an uncomfortable read, but in a good way. I didn't expect the plot twists
OMG!!! The plot twists just kept coming! I actually couldn't put this book down
