I kind of hated the ending. I really thought there would be some way for Elise to end up being mates with all of them, so that was disappointing. Lance showing up was one of my favorite parts, though, and the scene with him, Gabriel, and the love potion was hilarious. I was genuinely stressed when Leon almost died.I did love seeing the four guys actually work together to save Elise and give her what she wanted. Ryder showing more emotion was also really nice because those moments always hit harder with him.Honestly, though, not much really happened in this book outside of the romance until the very end. And Elise still hasn’t found her brother’s killer because, if we’re being real, how hard is she actually looking at this point?
I don't think I like this as much as the zodiac series but it's still fun. <spoiler>I love the dynamic between all the four boys I was so happy seeing them work together. Ik kind of sad that what they worked for is now broken already. On the other hand I would like to see their reactions when she still wants them.</spoiler> I'm definitely became a Ryder girly in this book I liked him already, but this book really made me love him.
