Viziuni periculoase

Prozele acestea au fost într-adevăr periculoase pentru vremea lor şi majoritatea s-au dovedit cu mult înaintea epocii, păstrându-şi forţa de extindere a orizonturilor literare. Unele sunt de-a dreptul şocante: de exemplu, cele scrise de Miriam Allen deFord, Robert Bloch sau Carol Emshwiller. Altele sunt bizare şi în acelaşi timp vizionare: ca povestirile semnate de Brian W. Aldiss, Larry Eisenberg şi Norman Spinrad. Iar altele conţin comentariul social subtil şi drama umană, pe care visează să le scrie majoritatea autorilor de SF, îndeosebi textele lui Frederick Pohl şi Howard Rodman.
