This book is *chefs kiss*!!! For warnings though it does contain violence and murder. The main characters (Juliette) backstory snd personality is so well thought out the the story line is wow!
Hunger games meets X-Men 🫠 very typical dystopian romantasy . Quite an interesting story and soo far i am really enjoying it
Bah onestamente non so che dire, un libro brutto dovevo leggerlo quest’anno evidentemente…
The first 1/3 of the book was rough to get into but it did pick up and I’m definitely interested in seeing how the story unfolds.
Juliette and Adam annoys me too much. Thank goodness for Kenji (and Warner) for saving this book for me.
I really liked it. Diving into a new universe was exactly what I needed, since I was this

Eu gostei.

I loved this series and enjoyed the details of the sets and experience they had instead of just focusing on the main romance in the books.
Shatter Me completely pulled me in from the very first pages. The writing is so accessible and addictive that I flew through the story without even noticing. Before I knew it, I was already two-thirds in — it genuinely felt like there was something addictive in the pages. What really stood out to me is how unique this story feels. The concept is intriguing, the atmosphere is intense, and there’s a constant sense that something bigger is unfolding beneath the surface. It kept me curious the entire time.I’m genuinely excited to continue this series and see where the story goes next. If the rest of the books build on this foundation, I’m in for the long run.
Es uno de los mejores libros que he leído. Tiene una mezcla distópica entre 1984 y un mundo feliz + un toque de fantasía + romance
I didn't like the first book. It was a lot of worldbuilding, essentially. And the fact that Adam is portrayed as such a lifesaver makes their falling out seem really... rushed? Undeveloped? Something along those lines. I love Tahereh Mafi's writing, but at times, it's too complicated. I think some people might find it a bit too flowery - fair, but still, some metaphors used was beautiful. But there was so much imagery that it kind of annoyed me - I don't like detailed setting, but that's just a personal preference.Juliette was so broken that I was a little scared at first. Her healing journey felt a bit rushed. And I can't believe that at the start, I didn't like Warner or even KENJI. And it was kind of boring. I just didn't like its vibe.By the way - PLEASE change the cover. It doesn't match with the rest of the series and it's annoying me. When I first tried to find this book, I couldn't because its cover confused me.
Ainda não sei o que pensar sobre a história, porém a escrita é envolvente.
