War Chief - Part I

A Mongol general is abducted by a villainous mystic and finds himself on an alien world.

'You will not find my name in any earthen book of history or legend. You will not find my tale scribed on any parchment, or chiselled in any stone. You will not hear it spoken in any fable, or sung in any ballad. To seek it is to seek the wind. And to find it is to find the heavens. A child of two worlds, there are none who know my life in its entirety. So, should I wish for any record to exist, the task of documenting it has become my own. I shall therefore do my best to tell it without prejudice, for the histories surely have enough of such follies. My name is Akhutai Kahn, but most knew me as War Chief.'
