About the Author

Dr. Michael Lee is a nephrologist, a bariatrician(obesity medicine specialist) and one of the world's leading experts on fasting for weight loss and type 2 diabetes reversal. He is a co-founder of the Zero-Sugar Method, which teaches people how to incorporate random fasting and healthy eating in their lifestyle, and supports them on their journey to better health. He has author and co-author many books. Dr. Lee completed medical school at the University of California San Francisco Parnassus Campus and a fellowship in nephrology at the University of California.

Dr. Lee is also the co-founder of Burn-it-Up, a program to help people lose weight and reverse Type 2 Diabetes naturally with fasting. He lives in Washington DC.
