Will Scott: Seaside Shelters

Will Scott and Edwin Heathcote delve into the captivating world of British seaside shelters, highlighting their architectural diversity and charm. As they explore these once-glorious structures, they reveal the stories of weathered wood and rusted metal, symbols of seaside memories slowly fading into neglect. Each shelter, with its unique design, reflects the changing tide of both fashion and function.

The authors invite readers to appreciate the beauty found in decay and the nostalgia that accompanies these remnants of a bygone era. Rich with photography and insightful commentary, the book serves as both a celebration and a lament for the resilience of these shelters facing the test of time. It is a poignant reminder of the seaside's enduring appeal and the delicate balance between preservation and erosion.
