Description
A brilliant and ruthless Nazi master agent is on the loose in Cairo. His mission is to send Rommel's advancing army the secrets that will unlock the city's doors. Good pace and an interesting setting. An enjoyable read that kept me hooked. It seemed a similar overall formula to Eye of the Needle so I am not sure if I would go and read any more of his spy novels. Pillars of the Earth is more my bag as it stretches over a longer time period.
