Description
Alice finds herself immersed in a world that defies logic and expectation. Through fantastical landscapes filled with quirky characters, she navigates the whimsical and often nonsensical realms of Wonderland and Beyond the Looking-Glass. Each encounter poses new, perplexing questions that challenge her understanding of reality and identity.
With the help of her industrious imagination, Alice explores endless possibilities. From talking animals to playing card royals, she encounters a myriad of figures who reveal the absurdity of the world around her. The strange yet familiar situations provoke both laughter and contemplation as Alice grapples with her sense of self and place.
Both tales weave together themes of curiosity, growth, and the complexity of childhood. As Alice traverses these enchanting realms, her journey becomes a poignant reflection on how children perceive the complexities of the adult world. The rich illustrations by John Tenniel breathe life into these stories, enhancing the vibrant, surreal atmosphere.
Ultimately, Alice’s adventures resonate beyond mere fantasy. They invite readers of all ages to embrace curiosity, challenge the norms of reality, and explore the power of imagination, leaving them enchanted and questioning the boundaries of their own worlds.

Avis
I loved the first story. Amazingly it is quite close to many of the film adaptations. The second story is just a little strange and so I didn't like that style as much.
