Description
Push technology has come to shove, and this is the book/CD-ROM that shows how to implement all of the major Push servers and clients on the market. It encompasses Push solutions for Microsoft and Netscape browsers, and highlights both Microsoft's CDF (Channel Definition Format) and Netscape's NetCaster. You'll learn how to install and configure BackWeb, Castanet, PointCast, and other webcasting tools that allow you to deliver scheduled update information across the Web.
