Newly hired Division President Colin Jensen, inspired by the television program "Undercover Boss", secretly slips into TruePhase Chemical's shipping department for some intelligence gathering -- sans camera. Rather than the honest, hardworking employees he expects to discover, he finds a web of crime, violence, and oppression. Behind all of this Colin knows there must be a puppet-master pulling the strings -- but who is it? Colin launches an investigation with the help of Financial Analyst, Sandy Martin, and when their efforts are unintentionally exposed both of them are at extreme risk. Against fierce opposition, Colin continues digging, attempting to do the right thing for the company and his career. In the process, he is faced with a choice.
