Voir toutInteresting second chance romance with a hint of suspense Dylan was a quiet main character, Raven was much more interesting 🤔. But Dylan soon showed some backbone once he needed to. There were a few things that intrigued me that were not explored more (maybe it's my suspicious mind 😉, but once the mysterious intruder was revealed, I wondered if there was more to Ravens fathers and brothers death).Overall I connected with Raven more, finding Dylan just not quite as alpha male, take charge main character as the others in the series. The ending was a little vague in tying up loose ends (Dylan's mother for one) I predicted Raven's father's secret. And if the author wrote a story about Raven's younger years and the mysterious descendants of the Roma Blackthorne family, I'd definitely want to read it (being a Roma descendant myself 😉)Overall I enjoyed this second chance romance set in a small town.
