Kingdom's Swords

The Marines of the 34th FIST embark on what they believe will be a simple police action to restore peace on a world ruled by competing religious factions. Instead, they find themselves cut-off, surrounded and fighting for their lives against a force of superior alien creatures known only as "Skinks." With their acid weapons and fanatical disregard for life - theirs and especially the Marines they have vowed to exterminate - the Skinks may be the toughest foe the Marines have faced yet.
