Description

Leviticus is the story of two those living in the time of the Book, and those living today. The story in Leviticus is the story of every man, woman, and child called out of this present world darkness into the kingdom of God's Son. Israel's journey is our journey. The wilderness adventure is our adventure, and the hope in the distance is our hope. One generation passes away and another generation comes; but God does not change and his plan and purpose do not change. Leviticus is the story of the faithful and the unfaithful in every generation, some of whom enter into God's rest and some who fail to enter. "The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there anything whereof it may be said, See, this is new? It hath been already of old time, which was before us." -Ecclesiastes 1:9-10
